The problem
Most AI in business software is a chat box next to the real work. The work happens in the ERP, the CRM, the payment gateway and WhatsApp. An assistant that cannot act there cannot help.
The hard part is not the model. It is giving an agent controlled access to real systems, logging every action, and knowing when to stop and ask a person.

Where it stands
Active research in our own environment. We are building the tool layer that lets an agent read business records and take bounded actions, with every step logged and approval required for anything that costs money or reaches a customer.
Nothing is deployed with a client yet.

What's next
- Anomaly handling: noticing a stuck order or a mismatched payment and resolving it or escalating it.
- Packaging the runtime so it can be deployed inside a client's existing systems, on their infrastructure.
