- You have built and shipped software people use, end to end
- You care about the business problem, not only the code
- You write plainly and explain trade-offs without jargon
- You are comfortable with TypeScript, React, Node and SQL, or can get there fast
- You are curious about AI agents and automation as engineering, not as buzzwords
