The problem
Businesses run three or four systems that hold overlapping data. Keeping them in sync means middleware subscriptions, fragile scripts, or someone re-typing records.
When sync breaks, nobody notices until a customer does.

Where it stands
Architecture phase. The adapter interface, conflict rules and change log are designed. Early adapters are being written against the systems our clients already use.
